No objection to issuance of permit for proposed sign scheme, including back-lit letters no taller than 24 inches high reading 'UGG' pin-mounted above second floor windows as shown in supplemental drawings dated 17 June 2010 PROVIDED attachment is made through mortar joints only and that existing light fixtures and exposed electric conduit on roof of storefront are removed as part of this project. No alterations to the storefront are part of this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
