No objection to concept design for alterations to rear provided location of new window openings are adjusted towards the center to retain more masonry at corners. Recommend windows on frame portion of building, which were replaced prior to review or permit, are replaced with wood replicas of original window profile and details. Recommend further study of condition of original wood windows on brick portion of building for retention of as much original fabric as possible. File new submission of working drawings, including dimensions, details and cut-sheets, with permit application for review by the Commission.
