No objection to issuance of permit for proposed new stairs and alterations to door, and for repair/replacement-in-kind of existing stairs as shown in supplemental drawings dated 2 September 2010 which indicate removal of louver and alignment of head of new door opening with transom bar of existing door. Awnings were submitted under separate application under case OG 10-218. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
