No objection to concept design for alterations to storefront; 6-panel wood door and repair of leaded glass transom at residential entrance. No objection to general concept of new front dormer with pediment and new standing seam Met-Fab historic panel roofing. No objection to general concept of rear shed dormer pulled back from existing rear masonry wall, provided EIFS is not used and balcony is deleted; and of masonry opening alterations at rear. No objection to general concept of one-story rear addition connecting to two-story rear addition, provided EIFS is not used. Recommend preservation of existing brick rear stair/wall. File new submission of design development drawings with concept application for review by the Commission.
