The Commission regrets that the fire escape ladder was installed prior to final review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for existing ladder and enclosure and for proposed replacement of the existing railing on lower level roof deck with a wood railing with traditional detailing as shown in supplemental drawings dated 24 August 2010. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
