Returned without Action. Submission materials and a site visit of 18 January 2012 indicate that proposed replacement of metal roof at rear will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Refer to the historic Preservation Review Board. Recommend relocation of rooftop mechanical equipment to a location where it will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Any alterations to the design that would make the work visible must be resubmitted to the Commission for review prior to issuance of permit.
