No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of 6/6 windows with Pella Architect Series all-wood double-hung 1/1 insulated windows as shown in supplemental drawings dated 16 May 2012 PROVIDED half-screens are used and existing brickmould is retained or replaced to match only where needed. Recommend applicant replaces the screens over the vents below the front cornice with ones similar to those found at 1412 35th Street NW. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
