The Commission regrets that the sunken terrace was enclosed prior to review or permit. Recommend AGAINST the issuance of this permit for existing metal and glass gable roof over rear yard which is not appropriate to the character of the building or historic district. Existing glazed structure over sunken terrace must be removed no later than 30 September 2012 to return rear yard to approved design. See previous recommendation under case OG 05-103.
