No objection to issuance of permit for proposed sign scheme composed of back-lit letters no taller than 12 inches high reading 'Flor' and non-illuminated blade sign as shown in supplemental drawings dated 7 June 2012 which indicate light source and electric conduits through mortar joints will not be visible PROVIDED channel bar under wall-mounted sign is not back-lit. Internally-illuminated sign is not appropriate to the historic district and was deleted from this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
