No objection to issuance of permit for existing all-wood Pella insulated windows with simulated-divided-light muntins PROVIDED details of installation are corrected and shutters are made operable. File new submission of cut-sheets with dimensions and details for the replacement of nailed-in shutters with operable wood shutters and hardware for review by the Commission.
