Submission materials of supplemental drawings dated 8 May 2012 and inspection of mock-up during site visit of 2 May 2012 indicate that proposed rooftop mechanical equipment #1 and unit on rear yard will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Second HVAC unit on the roof, which will be visible, was deleted from this permit application. Refer to the Historic Preservation Review Board. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the design made during DCRA Technical Review that would make the alterations and/or equipment visible must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
