No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of window sashes with Kolbe & Kolbe all-wood single-hung 1/1 windows as shown in supplemental drawings dated 15 March 2013 which indicate wood jamb filler under upper sash, provided the mechanical equipment will be located where it will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Original mullion on first floor paired windows must be replicated to match the ones on upper floors. First floor windows and door will have glass transom. File new submission of detailed and dimensioned drawings, including cut-sheets, for new mechanical equipment with permit application for review by the Commission. The Commission regrets that the existing signs do not conform to previous recommendation under case OG 02-231. Signs must be brought into conformance no later than 30 June 2013. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
