The Commission regrets that all of the proposed alterations were not submitted together as part of the various concept review applications submitted for this building. No objection to two new flag poles attached to wall flanking canopy; one speaker below each canopy; cornice lighting to be operated at no more than 50% of dimming capacity; and screening installed behind louvers to block equipment from view per supplemental drawings dated 12 July 2013. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design made during DCRA Technical Review must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
