No objection to issuance of permit for proposed new garage structure at rear with a wood overhead door and a green roof with landscaping, reconstruction of retaining wall faced in brick, alterations to rear facade, enclosed porch, basement windows, replacement all-wood windows with half-screens and shutters, 7-foot tall brick garden wall on a grade beam to protect existing trees, and permeable terraces on a sand and gravel base as shown in supplemental drawings dated 27 June and 11 July 2013 which indicate only one light fixture at front door, 1 3/4 inch true-divided-light wood muntins on 2/2 wood windows on rear ell and elimination of light fixture by rear gate. Roof top mechanical equipment must be located where it will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Replacement flood light fixture on side wall of main house must be a single light only. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design made during DCRA Technical Review must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
