No objection to issuance of permit for a one-story rear addition at the second floor as shown in supplemental drawings dated 11 July 2013 which indicate addition is 2 feet lower than the rear wall of building, use of double hung windows, and in-fill of window opening on rear wall, PROVIDED that removal of banner is included as part of the scope of work on this permit application. Existing banner with lettering reading 'Solbiato' mounted to front facade was installed prior to review, was not approved and must be removed no later than 31 October 2013. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design made during DCRA Technical Review must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
