No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to rear for new French doors, and replacement windows as shown in supplemental information and drawings dated 19 June and 17 July 2013 which indicate all-wood single-light casement windows with divided-light transoms and removal of existing window frames provided horizontal muntin on window on side wall is removed to match all other windows. Dimensions and glass area of new sashes must match existing. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design made during DCRA Technical Review must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
