The Commission regrets that replacement windows were installed prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of existing windows with Marvin 1/1 Wood Ultimate double hung windows sized to fit the masonry opening as shown in supplemental information dated 18 September 2013, provided the brick mould matches the one used at 2716 Poplar Street and only a half-screen is used. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design made during DCRA Technical Review must be resubmitted to the Commission for the approval prior to issuance of permit.
