No objection to issuance of permit for new slate rear patio and 6-foot tall brick garden walls, including fountain and spot lighting, provided the patio is laid on a pervious surface, directional lighting is pointed downward, and the wall footings span the root system of the adjacent large Walnut tree per supplemental drawings dated 12 June 2013. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
