No objection to issuance of permit for proposed site work, including metal arbor, terraces, light fixtures and landscaping as shown in supplemental drawings dated 12 June 2013 provided terraces are permeable on a sand base. The gate off the alley, the metal lattice panels and the proposed up-lights were deleted from the scope of work under this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design made during DCRA Technical Review must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of the permit.
