No objection to the concept design for the proposed installation of five telecommunications antennas for Verizon Wireless mounted to the screen of the mechanical penthouse at the Pasquerilla Healthcare Center building as shown in supplemental drawings dated 27 August 2013 which indicate top of antennas and mounting rods will be below the concrete beam. Antennas will be painted to match the color of the screen behind them. File new submission at DCRA of detailed and dimension drawings with permit application for review by the Commission.
