Erect a material sample panel on site for review and approval by the Old Georgetown Board prior to ordering materials. Approval of the design is conditional on the approval of the material samples. Mechanical equipment on roof to be located where it will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
