No objection to issuance of permit for proposed addition and alterations to the Upper School as shown in drawings dated 13 September and 29 October 2013. Erect a material sample panel on site for review and approval by the Old Georgetown Board prior to ordering materials. Approval of the design is conditional on the approval of the material samples. Recommend use of salvaged brick to in-fill openings on side wall of historic building. Mechanical equipment on roof to be located where it will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
