Recommendation

The Commission regrets the historically inappropriate application of DEFS and EIFS (applied polymeric finish coating system) to exterior surfaces of this free-standing brick residence built in 1898. Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for removal of synthetic surfaces as no acceptable removal process was submitted.
