No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to K Street storefront, and signs reading "AMC Theatres" per drawings received 12 May 2016 which indicate signs on Wisconsin Avenue and 31st Street would have pin-mounted back-lit aluminum channel letters no taller than 12 inches, and sign on K Street would match installation detailing of existing sign. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
