No objection to issuance of permit for two back-lit signs with 9-inch-tall pin-mounted channel letters reading "Tuckernuck", and 2-inch-tall vinyl decals on glass per supplemental drawings received 31 May 2016. Metal logo at pier was not approved and was removed from permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
