No objection to issuance of permit for one non-illuminated suspended sign and one non-illuminated panel sign located near the cornice with 6-inch-tall letters reading "Lauduree" and mechanical equipment on roof, per supplemental drawings dated 12 July 2016, which indicate that equipment will not be visible from a public thoroughfare. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
