No objection to issuance of permit for proposed repair of wood cornice with minimal replacement to match existing, and replacement of roof and skylight per drawings received 9 June 2016 which indicate front slope with standing seam aluminum roof with hand-pressed seams no taller than 1 inch at 16 inches on center and traditional detailing, PROVIDED metal roof is painted matte gray. The Commission regrets that ductwork is exposed on face of south elevation. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
