No objection to issuance of permit for site work, per drawings received 6 July 2018, including replacement of the front brick sidewalk with a bluestone walk, repair of the existing rustic sandstone base of existing front stairs, replacement of existing sandstone treads and landing with bullnose profile at front sandstone steps to match existing, replacement of existing 1970s wood steps at side entrance with metal, and reworking of the site and landscaping plan at the side entrance, PROVIDED OGB staff approves the sandstone selection and design prior to purchase and installation. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
