No objection to concept design for three-story rear addition and site work, per drawings received 22 June 2018, PROVIDED the chimney is retained, a single Juliet balcony is installed at the center door opening within the masonry plane, new fence is single height with lattice at the top, and more permeability is incorporated into rear site plan. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
