No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of two doors at the front elevation, one at the main entrance and one at the basement, per drawings received 21 June 2018, which indicate a seven-panel wood door to match original would be installed at the main entrance and a one-lite-over-single-panel door would be installed at the basement. Note that the original decorative door trim would be restored in the process and both doors would fit the original openings. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
