No objection to issuance of permit for repair of existing original four-panel wood door at front, alteration of wood gate from arched to flat, installation of operable, louvered, wood shutters at the rear ell, and retention of kitchen door at side elevation, per drawings received ___ June 2018, which indicate that the stairs at the side elevation would be retained and the existing original four-panel wood door at front entrance would be retained. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
