No objection to issuance of permits for alterations at rear alley and replacement of HVAC rooftop equipment, per drawings received 21 June 2018, which indicate that the HVAC equipment is not visible from Blues Alley and the existing louver opening is utilized for installation of new air vent instead of a new opening. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
