No objection to issuance of permit for pin-mounted, halo lit sign reading, INDOCHINO, per drawings received __ April 2019, which indicate the sign will be centered to the storefront system on the western bay and installed with a backing panel to minimize penetrations into the masonry. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
