No objection to issuance of permit to replace existing louvered wood gate at horse alley with new 82 9/16" tall, wood slat gate, per supplemental drawings received ___ June 2019, which indicate the gate will have a straight top. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
