Recommendation
The Commission regrets that a new awning, light fixtures, and patio alterations were made without review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for four new shed-style black awnings located between the pilasters of the front facade with 4" tall orange lettering reading ANGOLO RISTORANTE and the installation of two carriage style lanterns flanking the westernmost front entrance, per supplemental drawings received 10 September 2019. All other alterations, including the patio and sidewalk cafe must be submitted under a separate permit for review by the Commission. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
