No objection to issuance of a revised permit for a wall sign sign previously approved under OG 19-159 / HPA 19-308, per supplemental drawings received 4 September 2019, which indicate the letters CHASE will be painted black. Note that approval of this revision in no way confers a recommendation of approval for the facade's paint scheme depicted in the application and all facade paint colors are subject to Old Georgetown Board review following the historic paint analysis. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
