The Commission regrets that a sign reading "Charcoal Town Hookah and Shawarma" was painted on the building without review or approval. Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for sign. Note that existing rear addition was not reviewed or approved. File two concept submissions at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for signage and rear addition for review by the Commission.
