No objection to issuance of permit to replace an existing wood, six-panel front door with a new six-panel wood door, remove storm window from front transom window, and to resurface the existing concrete stoop to direct water away from the house, per supplemental drawings received 18 October 2019, which indicate the existing door frame, brickmould, and transom sash and glass will remain intact. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
