No objection to issuance of permit for side-gabled shed with cedar siding and cedar roof shingles to be installed in rear yard, per supplemental drawings received 23 October 2019, which indicate that 1'-3" of the shed would be visible above the existing 5'-9" wood fence. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
