No objection to issuance of permit for facade alterations to match historic storefront configuration and fenestration alterations at side, per supplemental drawings received 7 April 2020, which indicate the storefront will have insulated glass and no lite divisions, PROVIDED the illegal rooftop deck is removed from the building. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
