No objection to issuance of permit to enlarge existing window opening and replace non-historic Dutch lap siding with new wood siding to match on the west elevation and to restore existing historic Dutch lap wood siding on the north elevation and replace window trim, per supplemental drawings received 10 April 2020, which indicate the bottommost layer of historic clapboard siding will remain encapsulated and all insulation will be done from the interior. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
