No objection to issuance of permit to demolish a rear two-story wood stair and deck in order to construct a new wood deck to match the existing at the first floor, and a replacement wood stair to the rear yard, per supplemental materials received 27 May 2020, which indicate the railings will be metal. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
