No objection to issuance of permit for the following alterations to the front elevation: true-divided-light, double-hung, wood replacement windows in a six-over-six light configuration with frames and mullions to match the existing; louvered wood shutters on the second floor only; a true-divided-light, wood, three-light transom; new wood basement door, and; removal of the basement spotlight with a new electric light fixture, per supplemental materials received 12 November 2020. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
