No objection to issuance of permit for landscape alterations to the front yard to include a replacement side yard gate and revised entry path with open metal fencing on brick wall, new operable wood shutters sized to the window opening, and one basement window well on the front elevation, and; to construct a new side and rear addition, per supplemental materials received 31 August 2020. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
