No objection to issuance of permit for demolition of existing garage and construction of new retaining wall, per supplemental materials received 28 March 2022, which indicate this scope will be Phase 1 of a larger project that includes construction of a new garage (see OG 22-046 for full scope). Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
