The Commission regrets that work commenced without permit. No objection to issuance of permit to replace unapproved vinyl windows on the front elevation with single-glazed, true-divided-light wood windows and simulated-divided-light wood windows on the second floor of the rear elevation, per materials received 18 March 2022. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
