No objection to issuance of permit for waterproofing at the east stair and wall, per supplemental materials received 27 March 2023, which indicate that the existing bricks on the wall would be retained and reinstalled once waterproofing is completed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
