No objection to issuance of permit to repair and replace exterior siding, trim, and doors using wood materials in matching profiles, and to reopen a second floor window on the rear elevation, per materials received 13 April 2023, PROVIDED the applicant work with staff to assess the condition of the historic siding for reuse once the stucco is carefully removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
