No objection to concept design for storefront alterations and new signage for Housebar, per supplemental materials received 17 February 2024, which indicate the new show windows would be clear glass without applied film, and that the finished drop ceiling would be set back several inches from the storefront window. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
