No objection to concept design for new gate at 31st Street complex entrance, fenestration alterations, and signage, per supplemental materials received 28 June 2024, PROVIDED the free-standing sign at the new gate is lowered to be no taller than the gate piers, the window-door-window configuration at 1228 1/2 is restudied, proposed mailboxes are pushed back away from the front bay of building, and NO placards are installed as part of the signage plan. Note that signs should not be included in final permit package, and should instead be submitted separately as tenants move in. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission. Floor plans must be included in permit documentation, as well as existing and proposed mailboxes.
